We were referred a long-term landlord by one of our sister agencies to conduct a full portfolio review. During our assessment, we identified that the client held 10 buy-to-let mortgages, all of which had reverted to variable rates.

Our team has already successfully re-mortgaged three of the properties, securing more competitive rates and delivering meaningful cost savings. The remaining seven are now in progress, with similar outcomes expected.

As part of the review, the client also chose to release an additional £150,000 in equity, which will be used to carry out property renovations and support the expansion of his portfolio.
