Chantal and Sian have actually been amazing. From start to finish, the communication with them both has been brilliant. Chantal has been so good at clearly explaining things to us, going over different options and giving us the reassurance that she is on the case. We could have had a few complications with our mortgage in terms of porting but Chantal suggested a completion date which would avoid this scenario and then went back to the estate agents in our chain and advised them of the same. Without her suggestions and advice, we would be lost. She then found the right product for us and our purchase, and within 24 hours of applying for the mortgage, we already had an offer! Chantal and Sian are both evidently amazing at their jobs, and we will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend their services to anyone considering.
