I have been dealing with the team (specifically Josh) on switching from a Residential to Buy To Let mortgage. My circumstances were "tricky", however Josh was exceptional in finding me a product where many other brokers failed and at better rates. The team kept me in the loop at all stages and the process proceeded very smoothly, broker fees were far better than most I received when initially shopping around. Would not hesitate to recommend their services and indeed will be using Josh and the team again in the future.
