Congratulations.... that's what everyone says when you pick up the keys to your new home. People forget that moving is one of the most stressful times and that the road to those new keys is not always clear. For me Trudi made the road to moving as straight forward as possible. She talked me through my options and gave me good solid advice, the mortgage rates were up and down but Trudi made this process painless. Trudi got the mortgage arranged and those new keys were after many months of viewings, in my hands. This is the usual route but after signing the paperwork a close family member became very unwell which prompted a change of heart for my new location and I once again found myself longing to be closer to family. What happens when the dream becomes a nightmare situation.... Trudi was amazing. She listened to my concerns multiple times, again she discussed my options with me.
