Pauline joined Mortgage Scout in 2014 as a Mortgage Administrator before progressing into her current role as a Client Relationship Manager.
With over 20 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, she works closely with our Retentions team. Pauline is passionate about ensuring existing clients are looked after through regular mortgage and protection advice reviews, as they navigate the changes life brings. Her commitment to organisation, client care, and seamless communication helps maintain strong long-term relationships across our client base.
Outside of work, Pauline enjoys cooking, entertaining friends and family, and travelling with her daughter, where they spend quality time exploring new places together.
